1. Order Processing Time

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
We are happy to offer Cash on Delivery for your convenience. To ensure successful deliveries, minimize delivery rejections, and cover initial dispatch logistics, a 20% advance payment is mandatory for all COD orders.

Once the 20% advance is completed via our secure payment gateway, your order will be processed immediately.

The remaining 80% balance can be paid seamlessly in cash or via digital UPI directly to the delivery executive upon arrival.
3. Shipping Timelines
Estimated transit times once your package leaves our fulfillment facility:

Standard shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated dynamically and clearly displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

Healthwellnx may offer free shipping site-wide or on selected products as part of special promotional offers.
5. Order Tracking
The moment your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation via Email and SMS containing:

You can use the provided tracking link to monitor your shipment status in real time.
6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
While we partner with top-tier courier networks to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays can occasionally occur due to:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
Healthwellnx will work diligently to escalate and resolve delivery issues, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our direct control.
7. Incorrect Address Details
Customers are responsible for providing completely accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an incomplete, incorrect, or outdated address is provided, it may result in a failed delivery or return-to-origin (RTO).

Additional standard shipping charges will apply if a package needs to be re-shipped due to customer address errors.
8. Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with:

Document it: Take clear photos or a brief video of the unopened box immediately upon delivery.

Report it: Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Details needed: Please include your order number, a brief description, and your photo/video proof. We will quickly review the issue and assist with a prompt replacement or resolution.
