1. Order Cancellations

Standard Orders: Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Personalized & Customized Products: Due to the custom nature of specialized wellness or personalized products, these orders cannot be canceled or modified once payment has been processed. Our team immediately begins the fulfillment and customization process to ensure prompt delivery. We kindly ask that you review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Returns & Refunds

Custom & Personalized Items: As each custom product is crafted according to your specific requirements, we do not offer standard refunds or exchanges on personalized items.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order. We will promptly assess the issue and work with you to provide a satisfactory resolution (such as a replacement or repair). Standard returns for qualifying defective products will only be accepted within 2 days of delivery.

Processing Timeline: Once a refund is approved (following product inspection, where applicable), it will be issued back to your original form of payment. Please allow 7 to 15 working days for the credit to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
3. Payment Collection Policy
A partial payment may be required for certain transactions or specialized orders. Please note that authorized Healthwellnx representatives will only request partial payments via an official call or message directed to your registered mobile number. For your security, we strongly advise against fulfilling payment requests sent from unverified or unknown numbers.
4. Policy Exceptions
In cases where an error has been made on our part—such as incorrect personalization, fulfillment mistakes, or verified product quality issues not attributable to custom preferences—we will take full responsibility to resolve the issue to your complete satisfaction.
